What is Carroll's Irish Gifts Returns Policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any returned goods must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as it was when you received it, the item must include all attached tags/ labels and be in its original packaging.
We do not offer a collection service for returns, so you should use your own carrier of choice. We highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.
We cannot offer a return on any of the below items:
- Earrings
- Underwear
- Personalised/Engraved Product
** Returns from countries outside the EU (UK included For orders returning to us from outside the EU, you may be subject to tax/duty charges
How do I return unwanted items?
1. Simply repackage your item and insert the following details within the package.
- Your order reference number
- The email address used to place the order
- Your phone number
- Reason for Return
NB – You do not need to contact us in advance of returning your item if the above steps are followed.
2. Make sure that all returned items are unused/unworn. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it. The product being returned must include all tags or labels and be in its original packaging.
3. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and we highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

5. If an item is returned that is not eligible for a return, then no refund will be provided and if you require the item to be returned back to you shipping charges will apply. See below for a list of items not eligible for a return
- Earrings
- Underwear
- Personalised/Engraved Product
- Worn Clothing
- Items not returned in their original condition, and with all their original tags still attached.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account once we receive your item. Please note, that no shipping will be refunded – only the price you originally paid for the returned item/s.
